Benefits Introduction

Working hour：The company adopts a standard working hour system (8 hours per day).Staff work a five-day week (8:00-12:00,14:00-18:00) with weekends off. Frontline positions operate on a shift system, with each shift lasting 8 hours and overtime being compensated.


Six Insurances and One Fund: The company provides social insurance, critical illness insurance, and housing fund for employees.


Stock options: Employees with certain positions, professional titles, and years of service are eligible for equity incentives.


Love Fund: The company provides financial assistance to eligible employees and their immediate family members, with a maximum subsidy of RMB 50,000.


Education Fund: Employees with certain required years of service whose children are enrolled in full-time undergraduate or higher education receive a company reward of RMB 4,000 per year.


Meal Allowance: The company provides free meals three times a day, with a monthly standard of RMB 750 per person.


High temperature subsidy: High temperature subsidy is paid according to local government regulations each summer.


Health Care: Employees who meet the criteria based on years of service and age are entitled to a free annual physical examination.


Accommodation provided:Upon employment, employees are provided with free dormitories, single apartments, or double rooms (equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV ports, bathrooms, and 24/7 hot water) in the industrial park. Those who meet the criteria can also apply for family housing. Upon promotion to management, employees are assigned suites (two bedrooms and one living room/two bedrooms and two living rooms) and receive housing subsidies. All employees living in company housing receive a monthly water and electricity subsidy.
